The parish of Itchingfield incorporates Itchingfield hamlet and the village of Barns Green, a small, but busy and vibrant community.

We have close links to the local primary school, where David takes an assembly once a week. The school use the church building in many areas of study, not just for religious education but also for history, design and technology and even mathematics. The junior children also stage their Christmas Play in the church.

In partnership with the Parish Council and the school, we help support the local Community Magazine, the BIG Mag, which is delivered every month to all households in the parish.

Church members are also key organisers in the Barns Green Help Scheme which provides transport assistance to those in need of assistance in our community.

Above all, members of the church are part of the wider community living and working to show God’s love to all those they come into contact with.
