The Organ

The church organ was installed by Copeman Hart in 1994. It is a two manual, electronic instrument. It was “revoiced” in 2001 and equipped with additional speakers to provide a more dynamically balanced sound.

Our very experienced and highly talented organist is Mr Richard Smithers, previously Assistant Organist at Horsham Parish Church. Richard plays at all 11am services held in church on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays as well as at major festivals.

The Choir

The church choir is affiliated to the Royal School of Church Music and members attend the 11am Communion, family and festival services held in church. The great majority of the hymns sung are taken from Mission Praise and the sung Holy Communion settings for the ASB Rite A services are by Richard Shepherd.

All 4 voice parts are represented in the 15 members of the choir. The choir sings anthems at the major festival services and attends the Spring RSCM Annual Choirs Festival at Chichester Cathedral. Mags Fisher is the choir’s musical director.
